Nagorno Karabakh foreign minister Ashot Gulian and field assistants of the OSCE chairman-in-office Karel Kratky (Czech Republic) and Jurgen Schmidt (Germany) exchanged views on the present situation at the line of contact of the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan. As the information and analytical department of the NKR foreign ministry told “Arka” agency, in the course of the meeting the parties emphasized the need for both parties to observe the cease-fire regime. It should be reminded that recently cases of violation the cease-fire regime have become more frequent, mainly through the fault of the Azeri party, which is trying to improve its front positions at the border.
