No CIA Jails in Armenia and NKR

There no CIA secret prisons in Armenia and Karabakh, U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Evans stated during today’s press conference. “I can fully refute the information about the presence CIA jails in Armenia and Karabakh,” he said. To note, recently some foreign media said that the EU member-states could build CIA secret center for keeping suspects of terrorism. In the opinion of the European Commission the reports cannot appear as a basis for launching investigation. The Council of Europe for its part has formed a special expert group to check the above-mentioned information. It should be also noted that all this caused the appearance of articles in Azeri press about the presence of the CIA jails in Armenia and NKR.
