The regular meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents Robert Kocharian and Ilham Aliyev will take place today. Separate meetings with French President Jacques Chirac will be followed by a tete-a-tete meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders in Rambouillet. February 11 negotiations with the participation of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs will be held. The purpose of these negotiations is to determine the principles of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement after the intense talks held during last year.
