The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Azerbaijan will keep the situation regarding Azeri officer Ramil Safarov, whom the Budapest court sentenced to life imprisonment, in focus of attention as before, Chief of the Azeri MFA Department of Press and Information Policy Tair Tagizade reported. In his words, the Ministry does not plan making an official statement over the court verdict, it is a legal process, which is performed by means of legal tools, i.e. via appealing. «The role of the MFA lies in the Azeri Embassy in Hungary following the developments, as it did before,» the Chief of the Azeri MFA Department of Press and Information Policy underscored, reports Trend.
