Armenian President Robert Kocharian is not scheduled to visit Washington, Armenian MFA Spokesperson Hamlet Gasparyan said. «I suppose that by drawing such conclusions from the interview of Armenian Deputy FM Arman Kirakosyan, the writer of the report either made a mistake in the translation or distorted the worlds of Arman Kirakosyan on purpose,» the Armenian MFA Spokesperson said.
To note, in an interview with the Zaman, a Turkish newspaper, Arman Kirakosyan allegedly stated that Azeri President I. Aliyev’s visit to US will be followed by R. Kocharian’s trip.
