“The recurrent round of negotiations on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement at the level of Foreign Ministers will be held either in Paris September 12-13 or in London September 14-15,” Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov told journalists upon the outcomes of the talks held with OSCE Minsk Group French Co-chair Bernard Fassier, reported Day.az. According to the Azeri FM, the precise date and place of the meeting will be coordinated with the Armenian side.
