The achievements in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement depend on the proposals by the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents, OSCE Minsk Group U.S. Co-chair Matthew Bryza stated.
“I suppose the sides will compromise. It’s the only way of settlement because the Karabakh problem cannot be resolved by force. The principles proposed by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs remain on the bargaining table and this plan can be called a “road map”. These are our best proposals,” Bryza underscored, reported ANS TV channel.
