The terms and place of the meeting of Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian and Azeri FM Elmar Mammadyarov have not been determined yet, Acting Spokesman of the RA MFA Vladimir Karapetian told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
In his words, there is no precise agreement on the date and place of the upcoming meeting. “The consultations will be completed in the near future,” he said.
To note, yesterday Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said the recurrent meeting of the FMs may take place in Paris or London mid September.
