Official Baku doesn’t raise the issue of recall of the OSCE CiO’s Personal Representative Andrzej Kasprzyk despite “discontent with his activities”, Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov told journalists. “We do not put recall on the agenda,” the Minister said.
Meanwhile the Azeri side is “discontent with the activities of the OSCE CiO’s Personal Representative, to be more precise – with his position on the fires on the seized Azeri territories.”
“I censured his activities and told him that such work won’t do. If Kaspzryk represents such an influential organization he should give an impartial and real assessment of the events. It makes no sense just spending time here,” said Novruz Mamedov, the head of the department of foreign affairs at the Azeri president administration, reported Day.az.
