By RA President Robert Kocharian’s decree of September 8, 2006 Gerard L. Cafesjian and Eduard Ernekian were awarded with Surb Mesrop Mashtots order for the service to the homeland, reported RA leader’s press office. Besides, Armenia’s Ambassador to China Vasiliy Ghazaryan and to Germany Karine Ghazinyan were awarded with Mkhitar Gosh orders.
By another decree, head of the RA department for relations with Diaspora Jivan Movsisyan was granted the title of Extraordinary Envoy and Plenipotentiary Minister.
