The delegation of the NKR will leave for Transniestria, where referendum on Transniestria status will be held September 17. According to Chairman of the NKR Central Electoral Commission Sergey Nasibyan, the Transniestria leadership has invited NKR representatives as international observers. NKR MPs and Central Electoral Commission officers will be included in the delegation to be led by Chair of the Standing Parliamentary Commission on State and Legal Issues Yuri Hayrapetyan.
