Azeri prime minister Ilham Aliyev has received an invitation to pay an official visit to Turkey, prime minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan told Turkish media. In his words, the issue was discussed in the course of a telephone conversation between the two premiers. At present, the date of the visit, planned in the near future, is being specified via diplomatic channels. It will be the first official visit of the newly appointed Azeri premier to a foreign country, “Echo” Baku newspaper reports.
