An exact agreement on return of territories controlled by Karabakh army to Azerbaijan is improbable, RA Defense Minister Serge Sargsyan told reporters November 29. In his words, he does not possess information on existence of a precise agreement on return of territories. When asked whether it’s possible that during the talks the Armenian side can agree to return Kelbajar he remarked he never spoke of return of territories and doesn’t wish to speak of it. “I have never spoken of return on 15, 20 or 500 km. It’s not important for me. I highlight mutual concessions and achievement of worthy peace,” the Minister said, reports IA Regnum.
