December 4, according to an agreement achieved beforehand, the OSCE mission held a planned monitoring at the contact line of the Karabakhi and Azeri armed forces to the east of Seysulan settlement of the Mardakert region of NKR, reported the NKR MFA press office. Field assistants of the OSCE CiO’s personal representative Peter Kii (UK), Miroslav Vimetal (Czechia) and Zhaslan Nurtazin (Kazakhstan) accompanied by the representatives of the NKR Foreign and Defense Ministries held the monitoring from the NKR side.
The monitoring proceeded according to the schedule however the once again failed to take out the OSCE observers to its front line. Besides, several minutes before the end of the monitoring a shot from the Azeri side was fixed. No one was injured.
