The first-ever exercise of CSTO rapid reaction force will be conducted in Kazakhstan this September, Russian Defense Minister said.
“Joint tactical maneuvers will be conducted in Kazakhstan in September in accordance with the decision taken by the CSTO leaders on February 4, 2009,” Anatoly Serdyukov said, RIA Novosti reports.
