Turkish-Armenian relations are improving, said a spokesman for the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
“Progress in talks will help establishment of peace and stability in the region,” Burak Ozugergin said.
“We are also hopeful that these talks will contribute to resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict as well,” he added, Anatolian News Agency reported.
