There are reasonable hopes for resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict by the end of this year, OSCE Minsk Group French Co-chair Bernard Fassier said.
“It seems that during our recent meetings in Baku and Yerevan we achieved some progress. We are building a house but are not ready to fix the roof year,” Fassier said in Baku before leaving for Yerevan.
“But it does not always depend on us. First of all it depends on parties to conflict, on presidents and other factors,” he added, TrendNews reports.
