NKR issue should be solved in Stepanakert only. Yerevan can’t decide the fate of NKR people,
NKR ex-Defense Minister Samvel Babayan told a news conference
According to him, concessions in NKR conflict settlement should be made within reasonable limits. ”Armenia has already made numerous concessions, signing а number of agreements in war years,” he noted.
”NKR was a serious factor in the region when it participated in negotiation process,” Samvel Babayan said.
