Young Democrats Armenian NGO initiated a program aimed at fostering a cultural dialog between Armenia and Turkey, organization co-founder Gevorg Kaloshyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
According to him, the trip of an Armenian delegation to Turkish province Mush is aimed at organizing of concerts of Armenian and Turkish young people. “We think that the new generation has a new way of thinking and therefore we want to bring the Armenian-Turkish relations into less politicized field. This fall we intend to organize Days of Armenian Culture in Mush, and the next year to hold similar event in Armenia,” said Kaloshyan adding that their organization don’t want to “get mixed up in politics”.
“The only thing we want not to be hampered either from Armenian, or from Turkish sides,” Gevorg Kaloshyan.
