“Madrid principles are not yet an approved program,” Orinats Erkir Parliamentary Faction Chairman Khachik Harutyunyan told a news conference today. According to him, each point has to be discussed separately. Madrid principles can be presented as a document only after common consent is reached.
Harutyunyan also noted that NKR issue can’t be resolved without Karabakh’s participation.
“NKR representatives are familiarized with negotiation details,” Khachik Harutyunayn stated, adding that NKR’s participation in negotiations is beneficial to Armenia.
