Dialogue between Armenia and Turkey and agreement on the two protocols is a breakthrough in Armenian- Turkish relations, CSTO Secretary General Nikolay Bordyuzha said during a TV space bridge today.
“Parties’ fulfilling agreements entered and normalizing ties will decrease tension in the region,” Nikolay Bordyuzha emphasized, adding that the whole Caucasus will benefit from rapprochement.
