To resolve the Karabakh conflict, either peace or war methods should be used, Azerbaijani President said.
“We can’t procrastinate any longer,” Ilham Alive said. “We hold talks and there is some progress. I should mention that withdrawal of Armenian troops from seven regions and return of Azerbaijani refugees in also on the agenda.”
He also accused Armenia of dragging out time, 1news.az reported.
