Rosbalt Moscow-based information agency hosted a discussion titled “Nagorno Karabakh: problem without a solution”.
Discussion participants assessed the risk of a new war in the region, attempting to work out a reasonable compromise; NKR’s offer to move Karabakh conflict from interethnic level to the sphere of international legislation, as well as the influence of Armenia-Turkey rapprochement on Karabakh conflict settlement were discussed.
Politologist, candidate of Historic Sciences, Caucasus expert Sergey Makedonov; historian and politologist Darya Mitina; advisor to NKR Foreign Minister Ruben Zargaryan, first vice president of Strategic Development Modelling Centre Grigori Trofimchuk participated in the discussion, Rosbalt reported.
