NKR President Bako Sahakyan congratulated Artsakh youth on the Day of Knowledge.
“Knowledge has always been one of the main assets to our people. Even in the times of great perils the Armenian people cherished national enlightenment and faith as the apple of the eye, saved them from challenges and destruction.
Today educated and enlightened youth has an important role to play in securing further progress of our republic. The problems of education and science have been always in the spotlight of the Artsakh authorities. We do everything possible for our pupils to go to new and renovated schools and receive modern education.
Today I would like to pass special congratulations to our first grader kids who enter the school for the first time. Let the education become a rich and rewarding experience to them,” Artsakh President sated in his congratulatory address.
