Certain progress in Karabakh conflict settlement might be observed at OSCE summit in Astana, Azerbaijani political expert Rasim Mutabekov stated.
“Preparatory talks are rather intense, which gives me a reason to expect certain progress. Hard to say, however, whether it will come up to Azerbaijan’s expectations, or present difficulties to Armenia,” 1news.az cited his as saying.
