The office of OSCE PA Special Representative on Karabakh conflict still vacant

The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly’s Honorary President Goran Lennmarker left the office of the OSCE PA Special Representative on Nagorno Karabakh conflict and conflicts in Georgia, OSCE PA Presidential Advisor Andreas Baker stated.
