OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President Petros Efthymiou of Greece believes that some progress in Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement will be registered during the forthcoming summit in Astana.
“Lingering conflicts will be in the focus of the summit,” Azeri-Press Agency quoted Efthymiou as saying.
“The OSCE PA may act as a tool for confidence building,” he said.
