The International Crisis Group (ISG) has prepared a new report on Karabakh issue to be published next week
As ICG Europe Program Director Sabine Freizer stated, a new war between Azerbaijan and Armenia is the focus of the report.
The report is based on the research ICG analysts implemented in Azerbaijan and Armenia in the course of four months.
“The main focus that we are looking at is increased ceasefire violations on the line-of-contact, military budgets of both Armenia and Azerbaijan, and lack of progress as a result of Minsk Group efforts,” she explained, Trend reported.
