Armenian National Assembly Speaker Ruben Rubinyan and Swedish Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia Eva Sundqvist, during their September 7 meeting, emphasized expanding cooperation between the Armenian and Swedish parliaments and further intensifying interparliamentary contacts.
The Swedish ambassador congratulated Ruben Rubinyan on his election as speaker of Armenia’s National Assembly and wished him productive work and success.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the friendly relations established between Armenia and Sweden, emphasizing the need to deepen bilateral cooperation and further develop existing ties.
The interlocutors also addressed regional issues and recent developments.
