The fifth meeting of the Armenia-EU joint working group was held in Yerevan alongside a session of the High-Level Policy Dialogue, with discussions focusing on reforms and regional connectivity.
The talks were co-chaired by Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and Gert Jan Koopman, Director-General for Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood at the European Commission.
During the High-Level Policy Dialogue, the sides reviewed reforms being implemented under a multisectoral budget support program and discussed key benchmarks for 2026, including measures related to the visa liberalization dialogue.
They also discussed establishing a joint technical monitoring committee to regularly assess the implementation of reforms.
