On April 19, NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on providing the permanent representative of the Artsakh Republic to the U.S. Robert Avetisyan with an additional appointment as a permanent representative of the Artsakh Republic to Canada.
On the same day, President Sahakyan signed a decree according to which a post of an adviser to the NKR President – a presidential representative at Artsakh National Assembly was created in the structure of the President’s Office, Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s office reported.
