Building trust to promote reconciliation is a necessary condition in resolution of protracted conflicts in OSCE region, OSCE Secretary General said.
“Assistance in Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement along with preventing further tensions is another priority issue, were Russia’s position matches those of other OSCE members,” Lamberto Zannier said.
“Russia's active participation in Minsk Group activities and personal involvement of the Russian President in assisting Azerbaijan-Armenia high-level talks are essential to conflict settlement,” Kommersant Russian newspaper quoted the OSCE Secretary General as saying.
