Another earthquake hit Van, with tremors reaching 4.5 on Richter scale, CNN Turk reported.
According to preliminary information, the quake claimed no casualties and destruction.
A magnitude 7.2 quake on October 23 and a magnitude 5.7 quake on Nov. 9 flattened some 2,000 buildings, killed 644 people and left thousands homeless in the eastern Turkish province of Van, where an unusually cold November is forcing survivors to endure even more suffering.
