Last Saturday, Yerevan, RA President Robert Kocharian and Russian minister of culture Mikhail Shvidkoy discussed the issues of conducting the days of Russian culture in Armenia in 2004. The President noted that the preservation and development of cultural ties with Russia is one of the most important components of the bilateral interaction. “Armenian-Russian relations obtained quite a new qualitative level lately”, – R.
