The office of the military prosecutor of Russia has instituted criminal proceedings on the catastrophe of MiG-29 Russian warplane in Armenia. As the prosecutor’s office told “Novosti” Russian agency, the proceedings are instituted on the article of violation of flight regulations and preparation to it. According to the source, an operative-investigation group works at the occurrence location now. “In the course of the inquest all possible causes of the catastrophe will be considered,” said a representative of the prosecutor’s office.
