10 Armenian companies participate in “Food Festival-2003” international exhibition opened in Sharzha city (United Arab Emirates) October 12. Such leading enterprises of food industry of Armenia, as “Geghard,” “Ashtarak Kat,” “Euroterm,” “Tamara Fruit” and others, are represented at the exposition. As a representative of the Armenian foreign ministry noted, after forming the contract and legal framework between Armenia and the UAE, the interest of representatives of various branches of economy of the two countries towards development of cooperation increased. According to the source, production of Armenian firms is a success among visitors of the exhibition to last till October 17.
