It is still early to speak of the opportunity of full membership of the South Caucasian countries in the European Union, vice speaker of the Armenian parliament, chairman of the parliamentary commission for European integration Tigran Torosian told “Mediamax” agency. In his opinion, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia have to pass a considerable way to meet EU criteria. One can speak of that more substantially only after completing monitoring of fulfillment of engagements to the Council of Europe by the countries of the region, the vice speaker said.
