Armenian and Nagorno Karabakh leadership have no serious contradictions on the Karabakh issue settlement, as Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian told journalists today. In his words, NKR leadership is constantly being informed about the course of the negotiations and the outcomes of all the meetings held within the framework of the issue settlement. “There are some questions concerning which Armenian and NKR authorities differ in opinions, however it does not give occasion for grave discrepancy”, – V. Oskanian stated.
