September 25 Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian met with Turkish FM Abdullah Gul within the framework of the 58-th session of the UN General Assembly held in New York. In the course of the conversation the parties emphasized the importance of continuing the dialogue begun by the FMs of the two countries and discussed the possibilities of achieving progress in improving Armenian-Turkish relations. The prospects of Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement were as well viewed.
