Co-chairman of Armenian-Russian intergovernmental commission for economic cooperation, Armenian defense minister Serge Sargsian is in Moscow on a working visit at present. As reported by Arminfo agency, S. Sargsyan is to discuss the process of passing a number of Armenian companies to Russia due to “actives for debt” schedule with Russian co-chairman of the commission Ilya Klebanov. To note, Russia will become the stockholder of Mars CJSC, Yerevan science research institute of mathematical machines, Yerevan science research institute of automated management systems as well as research and manufacturing firm of the science of materials.
