September 18 the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers will discuss the treaty and legal basis of cooperation in defense, economy and education in Yalta. As the CIS Executive Committee told “Novosti” Russian agency, issues concerning the commander of the Collective Forces for peace maintenance in the zone of the Abkhazian conflict and the leader of the CIS Anti-Terrorist Center will be specifically decided at the sitting. The ministers will also discuss the draft of resolution on control over selling “Igla” and “Strela” portable anti-aircraft complexes to the Commonwealth states.
