Armenia and Azerbaijan could establish mutually beneficial cooperation on the issues of struggle against terrorism, organized crime, illegal circulation of weapons and drugs as well as cooperation in the custom sphere. Such an opinion has been uttered today by deputy to the Armenian foreign minister Ruben Shugarian. Meanwhile, in his words, “official Baku has chosen a wrong tactics, which does not allow establishment of cooperation with Yerevan before Karabakh conflict settlement”.
