Today Armenian defense minister Serge Sargsian left for Astrakhan region of Russia to watch the final measures of Military Cooperation-2003 exercise. Air-raid sub-units from Armenia, Belarus, Russia and Tajikistan, which are members of the CIS united air-raid system, participate in the exercise.
