ARMENIAN DEFENSE MINISTRY DENIED BAKU MEDIA REPORTS ON KILLING TWO AZERI SHEPHERDS

The defense ministry of Armenia flatly denied Baku media reports that Fizuli region of Azerbaijan has undergone firing, which resulted in human victims. As reported by Azeri media, January 5 the Armenian party situated in “the seized territories” allegedly fired upon the lands, adjoining Ashaghi Abdurahmanly village of the region of Fizuli, thus killing two shepherds – father and son Shukyurovs. At that it is noted that the corps of only one of them is discovered up to now. As press secretary of the Armenian defense ministry Seyran Shahsuvarian told Arminfo agency, the report is false. In his words, there is no data that there was fire in the mentioned direction. At the same time S. Shahsuvarian noted reports are received that the Azeri party has opened fire in the Martakert region last evening. However, the Armenian party did not respond to it.
