The NATO has expressed its attitude towards official Baku impeding participation of Armenian servicemen in Best Cooperative Effort-2004 maneuvers planned in Azerbaijan, defense minister of Armenia Serge Sargsian told journalists today. “I think this was done in a rather strict form,” he said. The minister noted that a NATO representative was in Baku last week, and he worked for “settling these issues.”
