Through the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Armenia has conveyed an Azeri serviceman to the Nakhichevan authorities. As the ICRC representation told Arminfo agency, the act took place at the strip of the border between Yeraskhavan (Armenia) and Nakhichevan (Azerbaijan).
