RA FM DEPUTY SAYS NEGOTIATION PROCESS ON KARABAKH SETTLEMENT EXPERIENCING TRANSITIONAL PERIOD

The negotiation process on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement is experiencing transitional period at present, according to a report of Echo Baku newspaper, Armenian FM deputy Ruben Shugarian states during yesterday’s Baku-Yerevan TV bridge. At the same time he added that the principle of “starting from nothing” does not and should not exist in politics. “Years of negotiations, which were held not only by the Armenian and Azeri Presidents but also within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group, have certainly laid the foundation for building the pyramid of the conflict resolving”, he said. In the words of the deputy to the RA FM, due to the change of leader in Azerbaijan, a new format of the negotiation process can be viewed today.
