1025 traffic accidents were registered in Armenia in 2003, as a result 252 were killed and 1294 were injured. Deputy Chief of the Police of Armenia Ararat Maghdesian stated it at the Parliament today. In his words, as compared with the previous year, the increase of the number of traffic accidents made 2.3% in 2003.
