February 26 in Geneva the Nagorno Karabakh issue will be discussed at a meeting of the Deputy Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan with co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, as well as with the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office. As reported by Mediamax agency, the discussions will be held under the aegis of Frozen Conflicts program of the Geneva Center for Security Policy. It should be reminded that Nagorno Karabakh was discussed at the Center for the first time in 2002.
