Since the beginning of the year 5 families moved from Armenia to Nagorno Karabakh and 28 families put in applications for resettlement. As representative of the Administration for Migration and Refugees under the RA government Smbat Sargsian told Armenpress agency, the preference is given to young families with many children. 75 families as from Yerevan as from different regions of the republic resettled in Nagorno Karabakh last year. In his words, a stable system of privileges including cash benefits, credits, habitation and land with the right not to pay taxes during the first five years is created for the settlers.
